@Themandon3 yeah bassically it wires up to highbeams with 2 wires. then their is 4 more wires... 2 ground 2 powers. both grounds go to battery or fram... 1 power to battery. other power to a switch. turn them on and off. also it has highbeam override. so if they are on.. and you click ur highbeams on it will shut off the wig wags.

@Themandon3 umm no once you cut the wires thats it... so you have to pick the pattern you want and then cut the wires acordingly the wires are real small and then and not much wire.. so once you cut them its real hard to get them back together... it usually comes with a sheet that shows the flash pattern and you pick which one you want and cut the apropreiate wire.

@Themandon3 and for the exact flash pattern i have it has 2 wires that are looped on the back of the unit. you have to cut both of them to do the flash pattern i have. which is single single double double.. it has single flash, and just double flash also, but when you cut both of them. it does the one i have.

@Themandon3 the headlights use a Whelen UHF2150A Headlight Flasher Universal runs about 45 bucks.

@davidaycock most citys when they decommision them they just plug them with a silly putty type coumpond... but if you dont wanna use that or you already have that..... you can do what we did. and remove ur headliner and stuff... and remove the putty or whatever they used to fill in the holes, and then weld a small piece of metal from the inside to cover the hole... then fill it from outside with bondo or duraglass which ever you like.. and then prime it and paint it.
