  • its good tosee black people doing legs.

  • nice chucks

  • thanks for the help!

  • Couple of pointers, set the bar as far back as possible, where to bar chokes you up a little bit (close to the trachea), keep the head back and look upwards, hold the elbows as high as possible. Also using a wedge or weightlifting shoes will place your torso in a more upright position, also helping. Enjoy.

  • how do you grip the bar so it doesn't roll or fall off cuz i do a lot of weight but almost lose control of the bar please someone tell me how i could improve my grip

  • Good form, good strength, good music.

Done quite a bit of squatting myself. You should buy olympic weightlifting shoes or use an about half inch board to create a wedge especially with such flat shoes. Moving from strength to mass, and to give my back a break, I've move from back to front squats (always deep) and from stand. to stiff legged deads over the last years. (5'8'' 180 lbs, 455 full squat, 485 dead, never used belt or knee straps, thighs have been up to 28''). Keep it up.
