I go to school for this, yet I am still in highschool. Very hard stuff. I have worked on a 45 foot utility pole before. Hanging crossarms, lashing.ect

Reminds me of my pole climbing school at Bell Atlantic/Verizon. I try to avoid gaffing these days at all costs, LOL.

I remember these days....if it's anything like i went through in training, they are breathing hard because they are probably on about their 7th or 8th thirty five or forty foot tap out in the past 5-7 minutes. Hahahahaha....I'm a big guy and it damn near killed me some days. Ten 40's in the morning and ten 40's in the afternoon, but I wouldn't trade one second. One of the best times of my life....no matter how hard it was some days.
