A theatrical adaptation of the famous Grimm Brothers tale, featuring Théâtre Sans Fil's giant puppets underscored by classical music. Colourful, enchanting and exceptionally magical family entertainment!
Lost in the forest, an intriguing house made of gingerbread awaits two curious children: Hänsel and Gretel. Living inside the house is a terrible witch.
While brother and sister eat away pieces of the gingerbread house, the wicked witch appears and puts a spell on the two children, transforming them in little gingerbread men.
But beware! Gretel and her brother are wiser than the witch believes!
Hänsel and Gretel was nominated at the 2002 Quebec Theatre Awards ceremony for the Best Children's Production Award.
