in europe normally electonics Hz is 50Hz, and USA 60Hz... if you shoot in 1/50sec
or 1/100sec in europe or 1/60sec and 1/120sec in US you schould be safe.
sometimes the lower rate works better, sometimes the higher, it ven depends on which kind of look you like and how many frames you record... so read about the shutter rule for video and film...
you will see at your liveview if you have rolling stripes or not
