Great and soooo underrated movie!!! John Cusack was fantastic!!! Al Pacino was great as well. It was nice to see Bridget Fonda here - maybe the most underrated actress of all time.
City Hall rocked in 1996.

Yep! It's when he does the "...until this city...your city...our city...HIS CITY...is a palace again!!!", that when I get the major goosebumps. He can steal any scene in any movie with his speeches (see also The Devil's Advocate speech).
