the weapon combat in this game looks horrible (from watching this ad), no hitting sounds or effects of being hit

The only 2 Free-To-Play Online games that I would actually be willing to pay for are Dungeons and Dragons: Eberron Unlimited (this) and Lord of the Rings Online :D

@killerinrs This patch was released looooooong before DDO was free xD

To clear out the confusion: DDO was released as"Dungeons and Dragons: Stormreach" in 2006, but due to low amount of players, they tried their Free2Play model in 2009. So far, so good. It inspired LotRO to do the same.
