That is indeed Ray Tracing and if my information is correct in 720p and 60 frames per second. Very impressive, but only a few object are dynamic. Ray tracing is way too powerful for home gaming system so far to be both fully dynamic and real time in HD quality. But again, very impressive. Graphics cards of nowaday are turning into small supercomputers.

i read that cinema 2.0 is a project by AMD about
a new powerfull procesor. This one can render an animation really close to the reality ofcourse for the next generation of games.
