so, for the chords, i don't get how you do them. do you play d# chord and then with your left hand play d# ???

During the 'When girls take drugs and then they die' bit, you stay on the E chord with your right hand. Meanwhile, with your left hand you move down from E to D# to D to C#, changing every two beats. Hope that helps.
