Being an ex police officer and an ex member of the military I resonate with what mark passio is teaching. Both organisations are fear based and the whole basis of their operating is to break an individual down an create a unit. This is done by aggression, bullying and humiliation. I was told that this was character building but in reality this is an illusion it only created a shutdown in expression as an individual.
