@naakooley1 Check for loose connections first, battery, grounds, starter.... If nothing is loose and the battery is passing the checks shown, then it could be a bad starter or an issue with the engine causing hard cranking. Before getting too in depth, I'd use the multimeter to verify that you are seeing battery voltage or very close to it at the starter when you're hitting the starter button. If not, it's pointing at electrical again. If so, then start looking at mechanical issues.
@eyebrowsQ8 Start by trying to trickle charge it. 1.5A or less. Battery Tender is a great choice. If it goes dead over and over, you will need to check the charging system of the scooter. If the charging system is operational, it might be time for a new battery.
what if you fully charge it, but the scooter wont give? it still makes that dead battery sound?

Thanx so much i didn't know you can salvage a battery, if it goes dead should i get a new one or charge it?
