The Motherboard of all Problems. Millions of toxic electronic products are being dumped. Toxic materials can damage the environment and valuable resources are lost. Most developed countries have recycling laws for e-waste - why not Australia? Take action at www.reborn.org.au. A Total Environment Centre production.

  • It is estimated that almost 10 million pieces of IT equipment will reach the end of its first use in 2011. In addition it is estimated there will be 18 million T.V. going to or already in landfill in 2011!!! Unbelievable. We are doing what we can to solve this problem and undertake recycling and remarketing for councils, business and consumers. For more info go to buyequip.com.au. Great work TEC!!!!

  • Fantastic, beautiful, if one can say that. Have managed the mobile phones but, yes, let's get it handled!!!

  • yes. totally agree. I've felt frustrated about what to do with old TVs and computers for years. Last time I tried, several years ago, there was only one recycling place in Sydney - miles away from the city centre - and you have to pay them to take the stuff!! where's Peter Garrett when you need him?
