Mounting Linux, Windows and MAC Network Shares in Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat - Part 2. Connecting to network shares and remote hosts via smbfs client tools on Linux, Windows and MAC networks.
Thanks for this tutorial, definitely going to try this out. I've been able to access the windows seven network share using the add a share option in Places, but it's been a nightmare trying to map to my mac, I am hoping this will work more efficiently
This was a great tutorial. I was baffled on samba mounting to a mac share. I was using the whole path to the share. You did not, and the share worked. Great tip.
It's been very helpful to me. Thanks a lot.
