goku was able to win becuase of the kia that was given to him and hit broly where he was stabed when he was ababy. other movies were just stupid! in the third one they should have made it that someone wished him back!!! and the second one left him with a disadvantage with everyone being better trained and soforth but that should'nt have matterd since broly gets stronger while he fights.

@Mongiloyd why would they make him less strong or a dumbhead? the point is that he's the strongest warrior ever. Broly is "the" ssj. Goku got to be ssj through extreme training, but he could never be as strong as broly. he only one through the combined powers of goku, trunks, gohan, and vegeta all giving power to a single attack. Broly was meant to be the only super saiyan in 1,000 years
