This is a test run for the character Brandi, who is half done at this point. She loves animals, pink things and building spaceships out of wood. What a woman! She can fix anything with duct tape. It's a good thing too, because the Sexy Beast (The wooden spaceship that she built) is falling apart at the seams. Please SUBSCRIBE to see more Brandi animations.

  • I checked out your channel after you left a comment on my "two flies" animation and I gotta say...you're quite talented. I've been drawing cartoons for many years and it was a rude awakening when I first tried applying my art to animation software like Toon Boom. I got a graphics pad so my drawings were a little more "accurate" but damn, it's still hard! I'm looking forward to your next animation!

  • @randomabsurdities Thanks Random! It takes some time to get used to changing over to a new platform, but you will learn new stuff every time! Try working in a project with a few more layers in it for practice. This will break down a big barrier when you see how simple it can actually be. The drawings will catch up to your natural ability in time. Good luck!!!

  • Nice. I'm still trying to get movement figured out...

  • Thanks! I'm going to do a tutorial on cut out characters in Toon Boom real soon. It will show you how to create a heirarchy of pegs to make a character work! Stay TOONed!

  • omg and today i smahed a fly saem on me =O

  • Ha Ha! Brandi forgives you!

  • Awesome, one of my favorite !

    Good job my friend :o)

    UP !!!

    {=o-

  • That would be so valuable to me.

Also camera panning and zooming would be terrific too. :)

  • That's right! I have a couple of hand positions in mind, so I better get drawing. Thanks for the comment GW!

  • Good job on the joints, now all she needs is different hands to give her a larger range of movement.
