Mike Tyson A Totally Committed Vegan, Won't "Cheat" For Favorite Foods

Champion boxer Mike Tyson going strong on veganism. In a recent interview with the US-based "Details" magazine, the former heavyweight boxing champion spoke about the life-changing experiences of switching to the plant-based diet. He said, "It's been eight months with this vegan stuff, but I (still) get these explosions of energy. I don't know how long they last, but they're like explosions. So powerful." He added, "I ate... the tiniest piece of meat, and I woke up violently sick. It was vicious pain. I was throwing up. And I realized meat's become a poison for me now." In the interview with journalist Ivan Solotaroff, Mr. Tyson went on to speak of wanting to prioritizing such values as humility and selflessness, saying that he now feels the most free of any time in his life.
