Hrmph, well, again, this is all down to a matter of taste with voices, seeing as (as previously stated) I don't like soul singers, they just get on my nerves, so I guess I prefer this sort off style of singing, not necessarily technically outstanding, but I just prefer his voice I guess. And as for her nto singing a song the same way live... Well, whatever, to me she's just wailing on, so I don't think any agreement will be reached at all, being honest.

Mariah's version had musicianship, she never sang this song the same way live, like she usually did not sing note by note, that's musicianship. Anyway, I wasn't trying to say this version has no emotions, since it's a subjective matter, I was only talking about the overall vocals since I saw a comment about this version being vocally better than Mariah's, and this is not true.. So yeah.

I'd be inclined to disagree, I can't stand stand Mariah's voice, or any other "Soul" singers for that matter, showy offey over exaggerated tosh as far as I'm concerned. Harry at least had some semblance of musicianship and genuine emotion in not only his version of this song, but overall his work in general. But hey, each to his own, and if you like Mariah, I really couldn't care less.
