Thank you for mentioning avoidance sleeping. First, I was diagnosed with clinical depression about 10 years ago. Even though the meds they gave me relieved the depression, they also warn on the bottle that they may cause marked drowsiness. I thought for years this was the problem but when I took a deep look at my life I found that the truth was I just wanted to avoid my problems and the stress of living.
