Ik moet voor een project een aluminum plaat bewerken naar een soort donut vorm (in 2 helften). Het meest practisch leek het me om de mal zo de maken dat je een holle rand hebt. Is het mogelijk te forceren naar een hol vlak?

Hoeveel kracht is daar voor nodig ongeveer? (1mm aluminium, buiten diameter 200mm).

Bij automatisch forceren zie ik dat er altijd een lager gebruikt wordt, is dat bij handforceren anders?

#1: for aluminum what thickness is the easyest to work with? and are you using a softer type of aluminum?

#2 can I improvise a spinning lathe to shape a aluminum sheet around a hard wood form to make a model jet engine intake?
