Engine is running in HP limited class racing and running @ only 9Lbs boost. With the change of pulleys can be run up to 15Lbs or more easily to make whatever you want also Engine can be resold at any stage to run in any class it likes without to much stress. NA may find it difficult to have that versatility.

900+ reliable horsepower is easily achieved with a naturally aspirated engine with a single carb configuration running pump gas. Not sure why someone would opt for a multiple carb blower setup for relatively low HP output.
