No the gov't did not blow up the levees. There were design flaws in how the they were built by the federal gov't specifically the Army Corps of Engineers.

Bush warned Nagan, and what did he do? Nothing. Oh but it's Bush's fault, not the state and local levels. Only Bush. Much more convenient that way. Of course, if the mayor was a White Republican, then it could be his fault.

Did you watch the video? The flood in New Orleans was due to design failure of federal levees. The Army Corps of Engineers admitted this point. THAT point is THE point.
