FEMA (BROWN and overpaid political appointees/cronies) are liable for the deaths and suffering on those who paid the ultimate price. The U.S Coast guard was not allowed to do its job as quickly and effeciently as it could have as a result of worthless FEMA who dragged their feet. and hid behind their positions. RIP all victims.

No the gov't did not blow up the levees. There were design flaws in how the they were built by the federal gov't specifically the Army Corps of Engineers.
