    No the gov't did not blow up the levees. There were design flaws in how the they were built by the federal gov't specifically the Army Corps of Engineers.

    Bush warned Nagan, and what did he do? Nothing. Oh but it's Bush's fault, not the state and local levels. Only Bush. Much more convenient that way. Of course, if the mayor was a White Republican, then it could be his fault.

    Did you watch the video? The flood in New Orleans was due to design failure of federal levees. The Army Corps of Engineers admitted this point. THAT point is THE point.

    The Song is incredible!!~@ the time this occurd I was trying to rescu a group of kids who wer/r being horrifically exploited~W/proof of embezzlment 'n over drug'g & murder of 2 kids along w/several attempts made on my & my mothers life not 1 gov't fed', state, city or county official wuld do anything~Their retalliation against me is still ongoing so I understand well why thez ppl wer not helped~M.
