  • @caycug1 I appreciate your comment. There is no amount of weight that we carry than can help us do better. It is being lighthearted and happy that spreads joy to others' lives. If you feel guilty about something and you let it consume you, then there is only more guilt coming. The only way to get rid of guilt (which is a TOTALLY natural feeling as a result of being imperfect) is to just drop it like the unnecessary baggage that it is. Don't ruminate on the past. Improve the present.

  • The women don't have guilt. men only have. Guilt can take a man up to the sainthood or down to madness. the women can't understand the depth of their mistakes or the pain they have done to others. every sunrise they are fresh and happy. God made them that way. Suppose if a woman realize her big mistake better she choose to kill herself. Guilt is dropping or renouncing what we were doing. but look at the women they don't drop anything what they have been

    doing. (smile)

  • no offence but if not even therapy helps u you have more problems then u think hun

  • God doesn't want us to carry any guilt. Confess, receive His forgiveness, and cast ALL of our cares upon Him (not just SOME of them). (See 1 John 1:9 and 1 Peter 5:7)

  • You don't need to go to a priest to confess your sins.

In the Lord's prayer we say "forgive us our tresspasses...". God hears us, and cleanses us from all unrighteousness. It is also important to confess our sins to anyone whom we may have sinned against, if prudent.

  • I often envision myself putting my prayers and problems into a brown paper lunch bag, and then I literally lift up my hand to God as though I am handing off my problems to Him. "Cast all your cares upon God, for He cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7)

  • Hmmm I notice the word "PERFECT" alot. With such unrealistic expectations how can you ever breath freely?

  • Great video...Thanks

  • This video helped me see that i carry a lot of guilt because of my upbringing and it causes me to go into deep depression and anxiety. I have a hard time letting go of stuff that normal people can let gosuch as(love for someone who only wanted to be friends). Now they are not even a friend. Thank you for this video maybe now I can look at this differently.

  • Great video.
