Onslaught were influenced mainly by Discharge, GBH and Metallica at this time. Paul 'Mo' Mahoney written this track along with some other great ones.

Onslaught (their early stuff) were majorly influenced by Hardcore Punk. But now lean towards thrash metal indeed.

The way it should be.

Personally i dont like hardcore punk but i respect that its the roots of thrash.

@Oni64 yeah it kind of reminds me of some crust stuff. Like doom or discharge. Fuck if you really think about it Metallica is basically Diamond Head and Discharge combined into one.
