Paula Kerger, President and CEO of the Public Broadcasting Service, stops in Jackson to talk to Wyoming PBSs Senior Producer Geoff OGara about the future of PBS nationally and in the Cowboy State. Rapid changes in technology and markets in recent years have created both problems and oversight of public television has also been under fire. "Now more than ever," Kerger said when she took the job in 2006, "Americans need a strong public television system. I am committed to doing all I can to ensure that they have it." Kerger and O'Gara will discuss the challenges ahead for Wyoming PBS and the interplay between state and national public television.
