When one wrestler botches a move and the other wrestler breaks his neck, he has to get surgery done on him to repair it. Some guys don't even know if they'll be able to wrestle ever again. That's REAL and it happens a lot. Yes, wrestling is like a soap opera and the outcome of the matches are predetermined, but the risks those men and women take are great. They're putting their bodies and their careers on the line just to entertain the fans. That's why they always say not to try it at home.
