Definitely: if FreeOTFE works for you well, use it!

Each user gets his or her own license key when s/he purchases a license.

You don't need to have the USBCrypt software installed on a computer, you can use the portable version of USBCrypt that is copied automatically to the USB drive when you encrypt it.

When the trial ends, you can still use the encrypted drive in the write-protected mode: you can open and copy the files it contains, but you cannot add new files, or save changes to them.

@jnannie1
If by "password thing" you mean the encrypted area of the USB drive, then yes, if you delete it, all encrypted files it contains will be deleted, too.

how to remove password

@avanish4000
To remove encryption, you can use the "Delete Virtual Encrypted Drive" command. Be sure to copy all important files out of the encrypted area first, because when you delete it, all encrypted files that it contains will be deleted, too!
