Look, I'm a reasonable guy, a nice guy, and was in charge of the University of Arizona's Hybrid Rocket Program, so am indeed a rocket scientist. All I know is that if this rocket scientist cannot figure out the Thurston County Family Court System, then something is wrong.

If a man were to walk into a courtroom and tell the judge that he was "forced" to beat his wife over a period of 9 years or so, he'd be thrown in prison, and rightfully so.

Yet, if a woman walks into Commissioner Christine Schaller's courtroom and tells the judge that she was "forced" to beat her husband for 9 years or so (as well as police offices, many other men, and women), Schaller will buy into this, even if the man, the father of a young child has no criminal history at all and the woman does.

I really do not want to make this a male-female issue, and it need not be. This court, the Thurston County Family Court System is not required to rule based on evidence like a criminal court is required to.. This is true, ask any attorney.

So what I am requesting, is that this court system be required to rule based on evidence. That is all.
It's very hard to believe that in this day, in America, a court system needs to be mandated to use evidence, but as incredible as it sounds that is all I am asking for.

Wait there is one more request....
Listen to this video, and specifically to Commissioner Christine Schaller.
You will likely get upset knowing that with this testimony, and even more like it, she rules that the father forced this woman's violence and awards full custody of this young child to the mother, the admitted abuser.

Commissioner Schaller is at the head of the pack to be appointed to the Thurston County Superior Court.
This is insane given the incompetence she clearly demonstrates in this video.

Call the Governor Gregiore's office at (360) 902-4111 and tell the Governor that you do not want Commissioner Schaller to sit on the Superior Court system. Personally I would like Commissioner Christine Schaller to be removed from the court system for facilitating child abuse, and returned to being simply "Christine"

Please help, and thanks very much for your time!

Update
Great news!
Gov. Chris Gregoire on Tuesday appointed Lisa L. Sutton to be a Thurston County Superior Court judge.

"Governor Chris Gregoire today appointed Lisa Sutton to the Thurston County Superior Court. Sutton replaces Judge Richard D. Hicks, whose retirement took effect Sept. 30th, 2010."

Thank Goodness, and thank you Governor Chris Gregiore!
Maybe the Governor saw this video (actually I know that she did).

Next please support the upcoming protests!
Let's change this broken system so that it actually does look after our children's best interests!
(Keeping Schaller out of Superior Court was a good start for justice!)

  • Dude,

  • NOW to deal with Pierce county!

  • Injustice is normal in the courts. It is a daily occurrence from all the stories I hear and from my own experience. Crooked people are abusing the system to harass others to get ego kicks.

  • WOW, I thought I had it bad when schaller violtaed the restraining order and took away rights that she didnt even have jurisdiction over!!

ATLEAST she got passed up for the promotion, hopefully it was due to all of us that sent in reports to cov governor gregoire :)

Please keep up the fight, only in numbers can we keep justice and prevail!
