I agree with you on the treadmill comment there, I personally hate the after effect after you get off from it you feel like your moving forward and causes nausea. That just me or anyone else???....(go ahead I'll wait) =P

I don't have a problem with Sarah making some change. She does have to eat and I don't see anyone here donating to her cause. She has to put this stuff on to pay the bills and she knows none of you want this advertising but she does give free advice and has helped everyone here a lot with her time and effort. Go for it Sarah! Think of it as a commercial break between the evening news. No big deal. I'd try Gold's Gym if they gave me a free pass for a week to try it.
