Yeah, It's contrails, It's not traveling fast enough for a meteor, and the dual trails are left by a plane. I mean c'mon people....get a clue.

@GEOFFMARK Well, it seems that the person who was recording was pretty far away from the place it hit, that's why it doesn't show the exact moment when it crashed on earth, but still you can see the meteor clearly, which means it was relatively big.
