You only live twice - Sean Connery's fight scene

Une scene de bagarre de "On ne vit que deux fois" (You only live Twice) avec Sean Connery, 1967. Ce dernier, un peu lassé d'enchainner les James Bond, n'assure pas lui même l'intégralité de cette scène de combat : ce n'est lui que lors des gros plans. Le reste du temps, c'est le "stunt supervisor" qui double Sean Connery, à savoir Bob Simmons.

connery always done good fighting scenes,probably better than roger moore.they were both good bonds though.

yes, connery was better than moore for the fight scenes... but only in the very early Bonds : if you look again that sequence, you'll see that it is not Sean at all, except during the close-up !

The fat man that James Bond is fighting, is Dwane "The Rock" Jonhson grandfather Peter Fanene Maivia. He was also stunt fight choreographer for this movie.

If I'm not mistaken the Bond villain in this scene is of Japanese/Hawaiin descent. :)

@XCViet No, The Rock isn't part Asian. His grandfather (the man in this clip) is from the Isle of Samoa, as are the rest of his mother's side of the family, and his father is African-American.
