After the events of Eternal Glory II Nathan Cruz feels he was cheated out of his title shot match with Sam Bailey after Mark Criteria General Manager added one of his many hired guns, Cyanide to participate in the match, all this of course after making the match a no disqualification.

Now a month after Nathan Cruz has made his own demands in preperation for his Regeneration when he earlier demanded Mark Criteria at the hands of Cruz Enterprises Colossuss Kennedy, to give him exactly what he wants without consequence... what was Nathans demands, well NGW announce the match up between Sam Bailey & Nathan Cruz, furthermore a 1 on 1 Championship bout.
