I used to suck my camera's dry as well... would go out hike into the mountain with a full battery and get there it would be on 20 minutes by the time I started filming I was out of battery. Seems to be natural for us to take but you flip the left and right sub chakras of the sacral and that allows for the input of electromagnetic energy into the battery device...

However, there is one guy with the ability to create high current charges through his hands (it's documented), so I won't completely dismiss it - however I will this video since the nature of the batteries is as I stated in my previous comment. Try charging something that's truly 100% dead and won't come back on when the battery drains :)
