Our friend Irwin is originally from South Africa; he took this video when he visited the cottage of one of his former high school classmates. He lives in New York City now, but feels very badly for his friends and family who have to worry about crime in Cape Town and the rest of South Africa. But there is great beauty there, as you can tell from the garden, and much of life goes on normally there. They do have to grapple with the crime, however, or else more people will want to leave.

LOL Thats pretty sad that you have to put up a huge wall to protect your garden from crime!

Thanks for watching and commenting! Irwin's sister-in-law was robbed with a gun while she was waking up in bed by a burglar who climbed a tree and went over their garden wall. This is a good neighborhood and the robbery was in broad daylight. It's very sad.
