Hi I am just curious, if a woman is in her old ages and she hasn't children, so for her the needle won't move???

When I first saw this video, I immediately tried it for myself. The ring and needle test. Both outcomes were the same. Boy (miscarried) twins boy/girl, then a boy. I tried these tests again, a few days later and its not moving anymore. I think I got my self all worked up. It's like Im expecting to see the ring/needle move the same. Am I concentrating too hard for expecting to see the same results? Also, after I miscarried, I had a dream of a boy,could I have dreamed of my son?
