Oh god the horrible, horrible, horrible controller they gave you with the computer.... It had no springs in it to return the stick to center. Oiy, literally one of the most frustrating games I remember playing as a kid
@JonDay8bit Wasn't level 9 the last level? I remember playing it and I could get to the last level, and play it over and over. I was that good. The speed stopped increasing after a certain point. But things moved so fast, I eventually would fail and fall down the cavern. I hated those birds!
Wow... Thanks for posting this. I had heard about this trick, but wasn't sure how to do it. So the only way to set a high record in Canyon Climber for TRS-80 would be based upon the level you get to... not the score.

If anyone can get past Canyon 12...please post it, as I'm really interested in how fast things get at that point.
