I tried to duplicate the floating, helium-filled bubble dessert from "Penn and Teller Tell a Lie". The dessert on the show was a lie-- it was made of soap. My experiments show that most of the science behind the lie is correct, but the implementation of eating large, fragile bubbles makes the dessert scenario implausible.
