With the usage of only one tractor, it's now possible to convert vegetal and woody biomass from 4 inches diameter into a netted and compacted round bales.

Our « Biobaler » harvesting system cut, compact and bale woody biomass in only one operation.

The main benefits of the BIOBALER are; Highly manoeuvrable equipment on any type of ground Almost any crop height (up to 25 feet)

The main advantages of our BIOBALER are; Low power requirement Low Capital Cost Investment
Low soil compaction Bale dry out naturally from 55% down to 20% MC
Bales Transportion using standard equipment

Biomass harvesting is suitable at : Short-rotation woody crops Fuel Reduction application Fallow land & Natural pastures management
Management under power lines.
Roadside cleaning

Cutting down, compacting & baling, all-in-one operation! This is the most efficient technology with the lowest daily operating cost on the market.

  • Dear Gentlemen,

The machine is design for woody biomass harvesting. Not design for grass and weed only, but can be cut if harvest with good ratio of woody biomass.

The height of the cut can be adjust with the hyrdaulic suspension system, which allow you to raise up and down the height of the mulching header. Harvesting in the snow sometime is necessary, due to ground to soft, and heavy machine like forage harvester can get stuck in it.

    Waiting your comment.

  • Why don't you show any videos of the bales burning, or the type of furnace/oven they would be used with? This video seems to only show half the picture. What about the drying process? You need to provide more information to prospective customers if you want this technology to catch on and be successful.

  • Every harvester has its negative influence not matter how effective the harvesting process/logistics may be:

    1. The diameter of the bale are too large for easy drying. In most cases the core of the bale won't get dry before using and as such difficult to burn.

    2. Due to the compaction of the bales, airflow through the chips during storage will be difficult and this might lead to gradual decomposition, that will at the long-run reduce the heating value...:)

  • it is a 3800 or a 3300 xerion?

  • Are you cutting the grass, weeds etc aswell as the willow? Not sure we would use this machine as I have seen various vids of this machine and one was havesting in SNOW - not good for Biomass!! This machine is cutting too low. I know it has a flail but pickup needs serious design work! It also leaves alot of uncut stems. Good luck
