Your video stops before the part where the freelancers are undercut by volunteers. Look at the news sources relying on unpaid bloggers and other "UGC" (user-generated content). Howe's original 2006 article talked about iStockphoto's undercutting a professional photographer, but now even that's been undercut when you can go to Creative Commons or Wikimedia Commons to get images for free. Crowdsourcing kills your happy little fish too and it's reckless and frankly cruel of you to omit that.
