What a load of crap. Yeah, Zac (the fish who creates the marketplace) sure benefits from all of the other "sucker" fish working for him...similar to 99designs where the site owner gets rich and the designers don't make shit. Show me examples of where crowdsourcing made the entire group rich? Sites like 99designs, where 100 designers submit ideas...only 1 gets paid. No body is getting rich.

I won't label the initial intent as malign or selfish, but that's what it is now. It doesn't take long for a self respecting professional to catch on. Crowd sourcing might work for a fanboy thing. But even then it can get bitter.

Sorry, but this explanation is a big lie. All those little fish don't get paid squat. Their time and effort gets put in a big pile that gets thrown in a trash bin, and only one fish gets paid.

thanks for taking your time to upload, but please i beg of you, could you please turn down the volume of your back ground music. you can't, or should i say "i can't...? hear what the video is saying because of the high volume of your back ground music". so, it's not worth it. i've noticed this is happening more and more across youtube videos. can't you folks catch this as you upload? i mean c'mon already, please fix this if you want views.
