@aval1998 select what you want to extrude, press "e", then you can either move with your mouse and left-click, or me I right-click and them move with the xyz arrows

@BlenderBug It´s done with an array and a curve modifier. You just create one piece of the tracks and the modifiers do the rest. i'm not going to tell you exactly how to do it, it's pretty easy to fifure out.
