  • Hey, what kind of amp are you using for the beginning? Just wondering.

  • @BiffyBojangles The intro music was recorded direct into my M-Audio FasTrack Pro audio interface, I just used Garageband for recording/mixing. The audio throughout the video is coming from my Fender Bassman 150 amp into the camera mic.

  • Hi Josh. What is the strap you're using? I see a lot of guys using these. Cool video by the way.

  • @scoopdude1 It's called a Comfort Strapp. Quite nice, though I need to have someone with a leather needle repair the stitching on the bottom end. I beat up my straps a lot doing neck bends on harmonics, but once I resew that spot it should hold up for quite a while. Very comfy too, as the name would lead you to believe.

  • when you use the thump-hammer-thump-pluck pattern, or other patterns where you pluck a string, do you always pluck the octave? do you ever pluck the same string? (i'm sure theoretically it's possible, but i'm wondering if YOU, josh fossgreen, ever do it.)

  • @wilky1189 Yeah, definitely. In future lessons I'll go into more detail on that, but in general, I recommend applying each pattern as diversely as possible.
