In part two of the Day Two Keynote at Cloudforce 2011 London, Salesforce's Marc Benioff presents the first and second steps in creating a social enterprise: building customer social profiles and employee social networks. Database.com (the first database solution with a social-data model), and Salesforce Chatter, the private social network, are two products that enable the rapid deployment of both customer social profiles and employee social networks.
