fair do's pal, it's abit of a ball ache going through all this. but I was on the verge of sending back my iphone 4s because i had to buy a ringtone off itunes to set even though i already had the song.. which was stupid but this has worked for me and fair do's you are the man, thanks very much :)! i will now keep my iphone ha ha

Man, I followed your instructions & because of the Sync Step, I ended up losing all the music & apps that were on the phone!! I had to download the music again, but couldn't restore my apps.
