  • @siesonekmk 5 cigs not packs, lol. If you smoke this is the best thing you can do for yourself. Truely life changing.

  • e-cigs have saved my life. I have been using them for over 2 years now and i get all the goodness of smoking without the ill effects and i don't both anyone. I got my sense of smell and taste back with in 2 weeks and I coughed up all the nasty tar within the first month. I can taste food and breath healthy all this while still smoking. Plus my habit has changed based on the e-cig. I used to smoke a pack a day. now I smoke about 5 total through out the day. Oneof the best things ever

  • My neighbors drive me crazy with their smoking. I really, really, really hope this catches on as a an alternative to smoking.

  • Spread the word, let people know that e-cigarettes are so much better than regular cigarettes. If you are a smoker of regular cigarettes..please do yourself, friends and family a favor and try this alternative. It just might prolong your life. Think about it. No more smelling like smoke. No more staind teeth. You'll breath better. Your taste will come back. You'll save lots of money. This is a total win. They really do work. I know first hand.

  • Some great points made here from different angles. If we are smokers, we should be able to decide if we want to sm oke them. I smoke e-cigs and quit tobacco after 12 hours with an e-cig. At 50 and trying to quit many times, this is the best I've felt for years. I'm going to stream this video from my website!

  • Thank you for the answer. I've did some research myself last week and afterall I don't see any harmful risk (beside allergical irritations) in inhaling PG, even if there are (as far as I can say) only studies with rats and monkeys.

Beside PG (which was the main concern, since it is the "basic") it would be interesting to know if there are some studies about flavored cigarettes and the toxicological effects. I've searched for some studies about this topic, but I didn't find some.

  • Ever stood in a room where a fog machine is pumping fog into the air? If YES, how did you feel after getting an overdose of PG (some use DEG)? What I'm trying to say is that a fog machine is more dangerous than an electronic cigarette with no nicotine in it. Or how about mouthwash and toothpaste? You use those, right? Yep, PG in there too. PG is used in lots of consumer products, cosmetics, dog food, pharmaceuticals (take any meds?), food additives, antibacterial lotions... the list goes on.

  • I'm not a scientist myself, but one of the major question is how dangerous are the ingredients of the e-cigarettes without nicotine. (Especially flavours and PG). The studies from New Zealand are very interesting, but I would need much more information to smoke even an e-cigarette without nicotine. As an ex-smoker I would really like to do so, but there are negative certainties which prevent me from doing so.

  • Man 752 views and only 9 ratings, including mine. This needs to get seen by more people.. it's a much better message to send.

  • Awesome video , we need to get people to see this!!
