If someone has physical access to passwords you "wrote down", I would be more worried about personal security than digital security. xD

This is an amazing way to create passwords. Simple algorithm. And I can write the sentence down on a piece of paper in case I forget my password and people won't know how to interpret the sentence without knowing the algorithm.

This has the additional benefit when someone watches you type in your password, it is harder for them to remember it.

Thanks for a fine video. This is also my favourite way of picking passwords. I've tried a couple of others, like Diceware, but this is just much easier because of the whole remembering a sentence rather than random data. Also, you quickly get very long passwords.

a simple keylogger could take your password easily, but yes adding in upper, lowercase, numbers and all that stuff is great, when you do these things it takes longer for a password cracker to figure out your password. also i should say to put the number not at the beginning or the end but in the middle.
