Wonderful to see and very informative. But I think you should add other languages to the subtitles, like spanish, portuguese and more! This must be shared.

Very nice, it's an important message, and the charm with which it's done is impeccable.

Yes yes yes. I have been saying things like this since I was a kid. I always wondered why my favorite movies and shows didn't have girls like me. We have so far to go still.

See Jane be a campaign that's only about sending money to another damn organization that'll rattle its pitchforks, have a few keynote speeches and then join the other bland minutia of groups that want to stand for something BIG and WONDERFUL and then get nowhere but raising awareness and money, like Race for the Cure or something equally misleading.
See Jane be a very cute animation but only so much fluff over an issue that won't get solved in this way or by this group, because no one's writing.

See Jane not get that the actual solution is not demanding TV shows go out and get their sex and race quotas balanced so we're all under the illusion that we don't pick on gender and racial lines any more when tokenism only hammers it in more.
See Jane not go for characters all people can identify with, boy and girl, and not get worked up about gender lines. See Jane ignore or dismiss characters that are fleshed out in certain ways because they have tropes, and tropes are always sexist I guess.

See Jane.
See Jane stand out against the male counterparts all made cookie-cutter silhouettes, defeating the whole purpose of girls not being that.
See Jane have big statements about having more representation in kids media, not realizing kids media is run on selling toys post-Reagan deregulation, and is basically asking G.I. Joe to sell more girls, which they tried in the 60s, (G.I. Jane) and failed miserably.
See Jane hear that, in fairness, none of the girls bought the boy pony toys either.

Jane should watch more Joss Whedon-series.
