I'm sorry but dead silence is such a USELESS perk when playing in PUBLIC games. 80% of the cod population do not listen for footsteps. It's not a bad perk, but it doesn't have much of a use in public games with terrible people.

that's only half of it's use. With a decent set of headphones, you can hear enemy footsteps over damn near anything so as long as you know your teammates aren't that close by.

What I mean is, you can use that to your advantage by getting YOUR own headphones and listening for their footsteps. It's like having a UAV up all the time. You will eventually be able to know exactly where they are just by sound before they know you are there.

stopping power is for noobs thats a joke?

its the most used perk but nooo ur above that no perk in the game is noobish they all have there up and down side to them they were put in the game for a reason

example.

say i use a ak47 with jugarnaut and u use ak47 with stopping power it levels out because of the damage increase from stopping power wich stops juggarnaut so no perk is noobish they all have a purpose.
