all it does is reboot and go to sleep or hybernate... if you skip the reboot you can do this with any motherboard for free

no u really can't. i got the p55 pro from asrock and with win7 64 it boot form dead stop in 2! (two) sec, 3 max. with hibernate it takes more then 10 sec or more. check it out ;)

hybernate is comparable to normal mode. standby is the fast mode which requires power to stay on. standby starts in 2-3 seconds also. the board just reboots and goes into one of these 2 options depending on if you choose fast or normal.

And the Fan, A/C supply keeps running even when the machine is "off" ? (That what I got from the description of Regular / Fast Mode in the beginning of the video)

It will all switch off. The standby power will keep the RAM (with windows booted in there) active, so the system can come from deep sleep within short time.
