http://www.TripleThreatMuscle.com/ This is a killer conditioning exercise that makes for a great finisher. There are countless ways to do it. They did five sets of 15 seconds on this day. A huge benefit of this drill is that it allows you to improve your conditioning while sparing your joints. There is absolutely zero stress on the knees, hips, lower back, etc.
