Explanation and secrets behind Qi cultivation. Please make sure you consult your physician and all that good stuff. Remember to stretch before and after because you will be using muscles you barely use. By going on forward with the exercise you are consenting not to ever sue me... cuz I have no money anyway and I would totally do black magic on you if you did. Have a lovely day.

  • exciting. do i have to be outside touching the earth to do this exercise?

  • @Psiage not necessarily but always better outside with breathable or no footware. Earth carries Yin energy vs just Yang in the air indoors.

  • Very interesting video. Thank you! Do you think I could similarly do this visualization with Tai Chi? (I have an instructional DVD/book for that.) I'm a n00b, what can I say? lol. I figured I'd be able to do your difficult-looking moves after practicing that...hehe. Much love and light to you! ^-^

  • @Jenn3855 Yes Tai Chi has its own visual techniques that utilize sucking, spitting, splitting, sticking, wow covered all the S verbs. lol but yes. You can also do this anytime. walking, sitting, laying down. In fact try to do it much as possible.

  • Truth is relative, but fact is not.

  • @rubbishmouth and what about the idea of love or God? Do you love someone? How can you prove that to be a fact? :)

  • That's an interesting twist on the MP. Nicely done.

  • @StreetMUNKdotCOM why cant i feel my chi anymore. did i run out or am i not concentrating enough as i use to. please please answer ASAP

  • External and Internal are not opposing forces. They are interdependent opposites. One does not exist without the other. They are mutually rising and supportive. Physical calisthenics are just one part of Chi cultivation. There is also pranayama (breathing) and silent illumination (meditation) The journey is from the tangible physical body to the mysterious spiritual body. I would suggest not belittling the importance of physical yoga in nei gong practice.

  • @TV616 yes I think so too. Media !

  • what if you don't have a gall bladder?

  • I get lost when you explain it, is like I cant follow the end or the point of what you are saying, this is my particular case.I practice qigong too but I just do it. Im aware of the benefits and the historical facts and traditional sayings, deviations and characteristics of qigong, hard and soft. I would like to hear more facts and a more punctual speech or I dont know how to say it but a more to the point kind of explanation, hope Im not being rude, english is not my native languaje :)

    cheers!

  • stop to fix hair... very important =)

  • @flower1921 He's combining a Hermetic ritual with Qi Gong. Hermetics use a lot of Hebrew Names.

  • why do you use Jewish God or angelic names?
