i have pots and ive never had a tremor and i thought it only lasts up to 12 weeks

Not everyone with POTS has Tremors...I have never heard of POTS only lasting 12 Weeks..My doctor said if it comes on suddenly it may only last 3 to 5 YEARS. Other wise you may have it the rest of your life. This is what the research I have found says also. I really do hope it only last 12 weeks for you! Be very thankful you do not have to live with the tremors too! God Bless!

have EXACTLY the same thing happen to me - it happens when I feel particularly bad - have EKG changes and abrupt changes in HR and BP - it is only my right leg - I als had terrible muscle tremors everywhere - had vit B12 injections for that which helped tremendously...

@rebco77 Mestinon is a bad drug for POTS?? I haven't tried it, but I've considered it - I thought it was highly recommended by Dr. Grubb? I'm sorry you had such a terrible experience with it. Everything we have to deal with regarding meds is SO frustrating.

Yes, I too had a severe form of POTS that did exactly this. My whole body would shake though and I would lose all muscle tone and collapse. They put me on mestinon and now I have tardive dyskinesia from that drug. It's the WORST drug for POTS.

I've had a very serious case of POTS for the last six years and I think I finally figured out the cause in my case. It was processed sugar. I quit ALL processed sugar and now I have a perfect 56 heart beat and I feel great. Believe me I tried everything without success until I finally removed all processed sugar and for the last seven days I've held out at 56 HBs per minute. Hopefully this will last. I'm confident this time that it will. Good luck to you.

i have something like that its tingles throught my whole body legs hands everything then i i stretch then it feels like sumone is breaking my bones its hurts ooo baaaaaaaddddddddddddd then i get lazy breathless tired mad dont fell like doing shit its worse than getting shot thats how bad i hate it

Trythisonline....my daughter has tremors just like this! We found out she had POTS in May after her being so sick for over a year.....our dr at the Mayo clinic in Minnesota said 2/3's of teens outgrow it by ages 21-24...well that's a long, long time for my 16 yr old daughter to be this sick...please reply would love to hear from you...
